The Chat Test Bloon first comes at round 75. They move at the speed of a Rainbow, have 500 HP, and take 1/2 damage to anything that attacks slower then 1 shot per second. They are contained by the T.E.S.T. (judbuds conception), and themselves contain 5 Under-powered versions of themselves, that have exactly the same stats but don't have skills and only have 90 HP, and those in turn contain 3 Ceramic Bloons. They have some skills: Join the Public Conception Lab: Spawns a random bloon from ceramic to MOAB in RBE. Mini summon: Spawns 10 of the under-powered versions of themselves.
