Evidently, this Spiritual Movement Chapter was used to develop Mental Energy. The instructions written on this manual however were very cryptic. Unlike Yuan Power, only people with affinity for Mental Energy can learn it. The most important steps in training Mental Energy was opening NiWan Palace. It was said that there are nine palaces in the head, corresponding to the nine heavens. The palace in the middle was termed as NiWan Palace.
