Alexandria Cop was a cop who was seen at the crime scene involving victim Petty Officer Chris Gordon where the unnamed officer told Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs that his officers had interviewed a witness but had to let him go but he later gave Gibbs and the team the information that led them to the party organizer: Darin Spotnitz.
