The Snow Badger is a mythical creature who, it is said, makes the snow fall by sending down Snow Hares. It is also his task to blow frost onto windows. The few who have seen him are given crystal drops wrapped in a scrap of parchment, upon which is written a riddle for them to solve. The only two known to have encountered the Snow Badger are Bulbrock Broadstripe and Bungo.
