The inner sanctum is visited in the level Giants of the Inner Sanctum. Pax infiltrates it to stop the amanita's plans. He comes across a caged Cactos and must free him. After rescuing his limbs, he joins you in attacking the Amanita General. After Cactos sacrifices himself to kill the Amanita General, Pax escapes.
