This functions like a massive Sniper Cannon and is extremely powerful. Unlike these cannons however, the AC does not zoom in when so aiming is a bit more difficult. Also when the weapon is charging, the AC is immobile which can be a problem if fighting a nimble AC. The weapon however does produce a lot of splash damage and is very useful.
