Commodore Barstow was a Federation Starfleet officer in the 23rd century. In 2267, he ordered the USS Enterprise to investigate a galaxy wide time warp distortion and determine if it was a prelude to invasion. Barstow was played by Richard Derr who also played Admiral Fitzgerald.
