Dear friends of Romey, Jerome, Bran or whatever name you might have known him by, I hope that by now you have heard the sad news of his passing. On or about Aug. 1st, after suffering for many years from severe depression, he chose the manner, time and place of his death. This Sunday past (Aug.20) his ashes were scattered at sea, according to his wishes, and friends gave parting gifts of poetry, song, readings, memories, reflections, thoughts and, of course, love.
