This unidentified Sith survivor was one of the few Sith of the Brotherhood of Darkness under the Sith Lord Kaan to remain after the Seventh Battle of Ruusan and to have not gone to Ruusan. Shortly after, in the alternate reality, he went insane, killed Supreme Chancellor Tarsus Valorum, and was killed in the process by Senate security. This had major consequences upon the galaxy, as Valorum would have proposed the Ruusan Reformation, a restructuring of the Galactic Republic.
