Loulou appears in the 11th game, Curse of Blackmoor Manor. He is a parrot that John Penvellyn brought back to Blackmoor Manor from his travels in the Amazon. He is very old by the time Nancy Drew visits the Manor- about eighty years old according to Mrs. Drake. He is voiced by Lani Minella.
