Guild Peace refers to the enforced peace that was put in place by the Spacing Guild monopoly on space travel, transport and Imperial banking during the days of the Corrinos. The Guild Peace was also the basis of the Great Convention, kanly, and the War of Assassins. Upon the ascent of Leto Atreides II to the Imperial Throne, Leto wrested control of the Guild Peace from the Spacing Guild and turned it into Leto's Peace, as part of his Golden Path for humanity.
