Tomoko Ishimura, born February 24, 1972 in Zama, Kanagawa, Kanagawa, is a voice actress who works for 81 Produce. She was formerly credited as Mifuyu Hiiragi and Kyoko Tsuruno. She is the only actress to have played the role of Luna in the Sailor Moon musicals in 1993-1994. She has done the voice of Martina Zoana Mel Navratilova in Slayers NEXT, Millienium Feria Nocturne in Lost Universe, Kyoko-chan in Hamtaro, and Princess Fatora in El Hazard.
