Heart Flowers are objects from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. They are small plants found commonly throughout both The Sky and The Surface. Heart Flowers, as implied by their name, can be used to replenish Link's Heart Containers if touched. If Link attacks one with a sword, the heart attached to it will dislodge and fall to the ground. If Link uses a Bottle filled with water, he can revive a Heart Flower for another use.
