Article I: All nations within and not within the organization must be treated with respect and dignity. Article II: Neutral nations/states outside of the organization should not be attacked for unjustly reasons. Article III: Mobilization of military armed forces of the organization may not move through neutral states unless that state gives its consent for military access. (Falls under both Part I and II).
