Björn Skifs intended to cause controversy by singing in English, which could make him disqualified. Instead, he sang a part of the song in nonsense-words, but fortunately only Swedes knew these were wrong. It was performed last on the night following Austria. At the close of voting, it finished in 14th place with 26 points.
