The Blood Release: Spiral Cicada (血遁・渦蝉, Ketton: Kazemi) is a technique which uses pre-existing blood in the area, or blood created by Muketsu and causes it to wrap around him like a cocoon of sorts. Given the nature of the technique, it is highly defensive, but very restricting. However, he can move slightly in it, enough so that he managed to evade a lightning blade aimed directly at him at high speeds, though this caused the barrier to dissipate once he hit the ground.
