The Cliffs of Madness are the large series of sheer cliffs high above the lower floors of Pandora's Temple. It is so named, because its puzzles and traps reflect the strong insanity of the temple's architect Pathos Verdes III. When Kratos reaches the cliffs, he climbs them and survives their perils, until finally coming to the Architect's Tomb.
