The game starts out fighting bunch of Kenin Magerappas or Jakanja villains such as Furabiijo, Wendinu, Sargain, and Manmaruba. (except in the 4th level, player must defeat the 2 Gouraigers before they become allies.) After defeating the enemies, the player has to defeat the bosses in each level. Once the boss on the ground is beaten, Wendinu sends a giant copy to attack them. The, the Hurricangers, Gouraigers and Shurikenger use Shinobi Machines to transform into Senpuujin, Gouraijin, and Tenkuujin to defeat the boss.
