McKendrie was a CTU Los Angeles operations agent during Day 2. Cam Strocker's superior from Cal Communications spoke with McKendrie about the phone company being allowed to go into the CTU Los Angeles building to undertake a job to fix a problem with their phone lines. Little did McKendrie know that the problem had been caused by Joseph Wald's crew so they would be allowed into CTU to destroy the facility. Wald's attack was successful, resulting in the deaths of thirty CTU personnel. It is unknown whether McKendrie was among them. ("Day 2: 10:00am-11:00am")
