Only very skilled cooks (13) know how to properly prepare a Sake Sea Bass. Yet it uses only the simplest of fresh ingredients. Fry off a clove of Garlic and add a Mushroom. Fry the Sea Bass only until the white flesh changes color slightly and add a glass of Hayate's Sake.
