The Allicar sector is a sector in the Alpha or Beta Quadrants. During the Dominion War, it was captured and held by the Dominion. The Klingon victory at Marcan V, including Klag's triumph over several Jem'Hadar soldiers, helped pave the way for the liberation of the Allicar sector by the Klingon Defense Force and Starfleet in late 2375.
