The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics abbreviated to USSR is a communist state ruled by a single-party state by the Communists Party with moscow as its capital formed following the Russian Civil War in 1922 when the Treaty of creation was signed unifying Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia and Transcaucasia. It is, as its name suggests a union of multiple subnational Soviet republics, and its government and economy is highly centralized. In late 1984, the soviet union dissolved into the current Russian Federation.
