Billions of Prometheans are loaded onto ships like cattle, and sent out into the void between Galaxies. The ships are aimed toward a system in the Andromeda system that is similar to Prometheus. The Promethean Race lives on, frozen in Cryogenic Storage. The Promethean Empire is gone, but the Prometheans remain.
