HULScale is a command-line-based program by srmalloy that lets you alter the dimensions of Re-Volt's HUL file according to scaling factors entered on the command line. A hull file can be scaled uniformly, or by different factors in each dimension. Both the convex hull and the interior spheres are adjusted. The new hull file will be written as 'newhul.hul'.
