K'retok was a male Klingon and a member of the Klingon Defense Force in the 2370s. In 2373, K'retok was assigned to Deep Space 9's Klingon contingent under the command of General Martok. While on the station, Martok threw K'retok off a crossway on the Promenade in a disciplinary measure. K'retok was not hurt, but he narrowly missed a Bolian ambassador.
