Queen Zhah is the queen of the gargoyles, who lays all the eggs that grow into gargoyles. In Ultima IX, she wasn't amused when the Avatar entered her chambers. But since she was immobile, she couldn't do anything apart from some weak distance attacks. The Avatar took one of the queen eggs so that Vasagralem could later re-start the gargoyle race. She died when the Underwater City collapsed.
