Augustus and leader of republican rebels, dictator-consul Tiberius Cornelius Aveciana.APT was direct consequence of "Battle of Benghazi" where republican insurgent army totally defeated Roman Empire Army and decimated most of African Roman forces.There were two peace treaty proposals.
