Bande a Part is the legendary producer/manager of Wazoo legend/rapper Satchel Bootchel Coen. He was also friends with Satchel's brother, Tenchi-Moto. He made his first appearance in West San Philly. He terrorized Sutton Dewey, Doug Linse, and Andrew Thomas. Since then, he has made short appearances, revealing lttle details about the rapper's life. Usually, he just talks about the recording process and speaks in french. And by speaks in French, he speaks the titles of Jean-Luc Godard films in an awful French accent.
