Heaven Kai is a former disciple of Old Kai and the ex lover of Hell Kai. She initially stays in heaven mostly never associating with other Kai's. Despite being the Guardian of Heaven the most peaceful realm in Other World she is quite powerful perhaps even on par with Hell Kai himself.
