Vogue Couturier Design 2516; ca. 1971; Jo Mattli - Misses' Dress and Jacket. High waisted dress with jewel neckline with a loose-fitting jacket with bias rolled collar and full length sleeves. The dress falls two inches below the knee and has an insert waistband with back button martingale. The A-line skirt has pockets in the side seams. Featured in Vogue Pattern Book April/May 1971
