The song signals her return to pop music, after a brief stint into the Rock/Electronica genre, which gave Daphne her lowest sales since her earlier work. The song was solely produced by producer Darkchild, after Daphne wasn't able to lend her talents to the track due to schedule conflicts. The single gave Daphne some good sales, almost selling over 1,400,000 copies world-wide. The single features the album track "No Trix, No Games", originally slated to be a single in its own right.
