Kath was a woman hired by Robert Sugden in an attempt to get a share of Home Farm Estates. Kath posed as a potential client for Rebecca and Chrissie White, who needed an investor to keep the business afloat. Chrissie suspects Kath is conning them and that Robert has something to do with it. To stop her from suspecting they were conning her, Robert staged for Chrissie's biological uncle Tim Richards to nearly run over her so Robert could save her. Chrissie then signs the contract.
