Kowal is situated in cellars of the same building as Browar Brok, but apart of that it's an independent company. The pub's predecessors were in the 1990s "Disco Pub Brok" and later "Milton Piwnice Browaru". Kowal microbrewery uses Kaspar Schulz brewing installation which has maximum performance of 1000 hl of beer per year. Beers which are brewed here can be found not only in the restaurant, but also can be bought across the beer specialized shops.
