Division 2 is a second tier in the Singapore League system. It is in it's 18th season for the nation. 3 runner-ups from 3 division 2 groups will play 3 from the relegation play-off in S-League. Winner of the playoff team (division 2) will be promoted to S-League while the losing team (division 2) will stay as they are.
