Jari-Thure and his wife were abducted by the Artika Egg Army under Egg Boss Tundra the Walrus and held at their base. As such, Sonic the Hedgehog and Rotor the Walrus of the Knothole Freedom Fighters allowed themselves to be captured in order to find and rescue the pair. While they faced some opposition from the Egg Soldiers and Badniks stationed there, they succeeded in escaping, in part thanks to Sonic's transformation into the Werehog. Upon returning to their village, Jari-Thure and his wife gratefully entrusted the pair with their Keys. (StH: #276)
