Tariq Grazdani appears in The Blackout in the Blizzard. He is the murderer of Anne Marie Weston. Grazdani strangled Weston when she uncovered a human trafficking ring that Grazdani was running. Weston was carrying Hemorrhagic fever at the time of her death, and she passed the contagious disease onto her killer.
