Noel Seeker (ノエル・シーカー, noeru shiikaa) is a member of the Special Support Section and a sergeant major of the Crossbell Guardian Force. During Crossbell's short-lived period of independence, Noel served as the second lieutenant in the Crossbell Defense Force.
