Ham Seung Jee was a Solarian citizen and an officer of the Solarian League Navy. Holding the rank of Captain, he was in commmand of the battlecruiser SLNS Inexorable, assigned to Battlecruiser Squadron 491. He was killed when the ship was destroyed by Manticoran missile fire in the Battle of Saltash. (HH14)
