Sir Beridel is the son of Sir Andorig, Baron of Vo Enderig and was a quintessential Mimbrate Arend. Ce'Nedra met this young man prior to the Battle of Thull Mardu on the ships on the River Mardu headed towards Thull Mardu. Sir Beridel was crestfallen and somberly brooding since he had broken his arm and would not be able to ride with his father and King Korodullin during the Battle of Thull Mardu. He lamented being denied the chance to try his skills in the contest of arms.
