The Ridgeland Tower is a location in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a Sheikah Tower located in the Hyrule Ridge region of Hyrule. Link can meet a Hylian scientist named Branli who studies "Bird-men", also known as the Rito, and proposes a challenge. He claims he was standing there when the tower first erupted from the ground, and has been stuck there since then.
