Colombia was the Main proponent of recreating it and with major influences in Venezuela and Ecuador the Colombian government newly powerful and centralized proposed the reunification of these areas once again into Gran-Colombia. Following this proposal Ecuador and Venezuela Agreed and with Colombia and Chile brought about the recreation which was met with major fanfare and thanks as a unified and concerted effort was being brought to bear to fight off the monsters.
