This moves allows Hayato to punch the ground and deliever a series wave of Concentrated Black Lighting which can go in a random direction and completely destroy what it touchs or leave it in bad condition. Powerful as the move maybe the aim on the jutsu is less than acceptable as once Hayato hits the ground he has no control of where the lighting goes as it streaks in random directions. He admits that his control with this move is less than good as he rarily uses this moves but is currently learning to aim it to at least make it useful
