Charles Madison Edwards is the 1st Speaker of the Forum of Seattle, and chief founder of the Seattle City State. He is a staunch liberal activist and was the original author behind the Seattle Constitution. During his time in office he has acted as the strongest leader on the Forum and has passed various polices contributing to the creation of Seattle into what some have called, "a Liberal Utopia."
