Matsusada (松定 Matsusada?) is a minor character introduced in Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. He is a famous authority in the field of fluid mechanics that even children are aware of him. His theories on the Shading Computer, are later used by Yakumi Hisako in her ambitious Agitate Halation Project.
