From the start, the thwump, starting on the left wall, will go out. Jump onto the middle section, and keep your altitude as the thwump races above you. Jump onto the platform, and let the other thwump race ahead. Keep going up, until the hallways get narrower. Then, you may want to try walljumping off of the thwumps, if possible, or the previous strategy. Whatever gets you to the terminal. Once you finally get up there, the hard part is over. Activate the terminal, then jump up, and head down the right side, just to the right of the platforms. When you get down, hit the slope and run into the exit. Don't worry if this takes you many tries, this was meant to be a very difficult level.
