Cathacatin was a Paqwe from Paqwepori and part of Belezaboth Ourn's diplomatic consul to Coruscant during the Black Fleet Crisis. He was a licensed breeder-keeper of Toko birds and killed all the remaining ones before returning home to keep them from suffering.
