Sonya Durant was an African guide working for BioSyn to investigate the strange occurrences on Isla Nublar. She appears solely in the Jurassic Park comics. She is featured in the Return to Jurassic Park series. She is said to be the only female guide west of Tanganyika and, according to Robert Muldoon, the best.
