A Prepaid Cell Phone is a service in which you are limited to the number of minutes depending on the one-time plan you paid for. While signing up with a cell phone company means you have a contract with that company and pay several different fees to cover your calltime minutes, Prepaid does not provide fees other than the connection fee and airtime minutes, thus a little cheaper.
