Big Bo Peep is the brother of Little Bo Peep who appears in episode 3099 of Sesame Street. The overly emotional shepherd is assigned to look after his sister's sheep, but they've all wandered away like in the nursery rhyme, causing him to sob uncontrollably. Elmo volunteers to help Big Bo, which makes him cry tears of joy. Elmo successfully rounds up the five missing sheep (who all don red softball caps), but has difficulty leading them back to Big Bo.
