Only if the snide option involves lying (has at the end of the option). Otherwise, you'll get the Survival Guru perk. But there is one exception, if you completed the secondary objective when researching the mirelurks. The snide answer should have a after it, but it shouldn't affect the perk (I think, be careful if you try though)
